What You’ll Do

  • Administrative Support: You'll be responsible for various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This may include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

  • Recruitment Assistance: You'll assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities. You may also be involved in posting job openings, conducting initial interviews, and assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Documentation and Record Keeping: You'll maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to recruitment activities, including candidate databases, interview notes, and hiring documentation. This may involve organizing and filing documents, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

  • Supporting HR Functions: Depending on the organization's structure, you may also assist with other HR-related tasks, such as employee engagement initiatives, training and development programs, or performance management processes.
